About Me
Are you feeling lost, lonely, confused, uncertain, depressed, or anxious, struggling to make sense of your experiences or identify what you truly want out of life? If you answered yes to any of these, I am here to support you. As a military spouse, I understand the unique challenges that can come with life transitions, uncertainty, and constant change. Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, filled with questions of fit, trust and compassion. I strive to create an environment rooted in empathy, non-judgment and comfort, where you can safely explore your emotions and experiences.
I have worked with individuals and couples navigating traumatic experiences, grief, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autoimmune disorders, caregiver burnout, and relationship concerns, including betrayal, communication breakdowns, and emotional distance. I incorporate a trauma-informed approach, using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing), for trauma, and draw from Gottman Method and Imago therapy to support couples in fostering healthy, lasting relationships. I believe therapy should be personalized, and
I encourage my clients to actively participate in their healing, fostering vulnerability, emotional awareness, and authenticity. It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate their healing journeys. My goal is to empower you to take ownership of your story, helping you recognize your inherent worth and value. I believe that through compassion, understanding, and tailored guidance, you can create meaningful change and embrace the life you deserve.
